3. Customer Responsibilities

- Ensure your website content does not violate our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
4. Payment and Billing
4.1 Fees & Renewals
- Services are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, etc.) unless canceled.
- Automatic renewals occur unless you disable this option before the renewal date.
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.
4.2 Refunds
- Refund eligibility depends on the hosting plan (e.g., 30-day money-back guarantee for shared hosting).
- Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and custom services are non-refundable.
5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.
- Compensation for downtime (if any) is outlined in our SLA.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our Services for:
- Spam, phishing, or malware distribution.
- Illegal content (e.g., piracy, hate speech, child exploitation).
- Unauthorized cryptocurrency mining.
- Resource abuse (e.g., excessive CPU/RAM usage affecting other users).
- Any activity violating our AUP.
7. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms or our AUP.
- Payment is overdue.

8. Data Backups
- Customers are responsible for their own backups unless a backup service is included in their plan.
- We are not liable for data loss due to hardware failure, hacking, or accidental deletion.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Loss of data, profits, or business interruptions.
- Third-party actions affecting your service.
10. Changes to Terms
