4. Payment and Billing

• Automatic renewals occur unless you disable this option before the renewal date.
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

4.2 Refunds

• Refund eligibility depends on the hosting plan (e.g., 30-day money-back guarantee for shared hosting).
• Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and custom services are non-refundable.

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.
• Compensation for downtime (if any) is outlined in our SLA.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our Services for:
